What is the minimum order?
15 mugs per order.
Can I see the mug before the full order?
Yes. We print one sample mug with your design and send you a video of it. Bulk printing starts only after you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
3–5 days after you approve the sample video. Tell us your date and we'll confirm we can meet it before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Delhi NCR, to your office address.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Prices per mug exclude 5% GST and delivery charges, which we add to your final quote.
Will the print fade in the dishwasher?
Sublimation fuses the ink into the mug's coating, so it handles regular washing. For the longest life we suggest a gentle dishwasher cycle or hand-washing.
My logo is low resolution. Is that a problem?
Send what you have. Our designer will check it and, if needed, redraw it for a clean print before your sample.
